Dear All: After
a successful and enjoyable collaboration of more than four years, Charles
Bond and Tom Curtis have decided to separate their offices and focus their
activities more specifically in their respective practice areas. Accordingly, on January 1, 2007, the
Berkeley office of BondCurtis LLP will continue under the firm name of Physicians’
Advocates and the Pasadena office of BondCurtis LLP will continue
under the firm name of Curtis, Green and Furman. Because
both Mr. Bond and Mr. Curtis have been serving essentially separate client
bases, they have amicably agreed that each will continue to represent their
own clients. This should provide
a seamless transition for everyone. Mr.
